Our group training program offers

Our Class structure consists of the same structure regardless of which time or trainer’s class you attend! You’ll have a Warm-up (General and/or specific), the workout and a cool down.


You will have a network of people to connect with about your progress and goals. Get lifestyle advice from other class members, push each other, and yes hang out after training!

Certified coaches

Our coaches are trained, educated and certified to lead group classes by CrossFit Headquarters themselves. They know how to keep you safe while helping you reach your potential.
