Crossfit (Bexar Fit)

Equipped with a dynamic warm up, skill and strength focused programming and gymnastics. This class is for all levels of fitness looking to gain max strength while following Crossfit methodology to make you more fit, faster.

Hybrid classes

This is a 5 week cycle program that is crafted to provide a wide variety of dumbbell and body weight training exercises and station work to collectively work the entire body each and every workout. Can you handle the burn!?

Body Building

Our body building class focuses on isolation of certain muscle groups each class to stimulate muscle grow, sculpt and tone the body. This is a slower paced 45 min track but don't let that fool you, are you up for the challenge?

Hyrox Train

Train for Hyrox with our monostructural workouts that will challenge and prep you for your next RACE! Are you ready to get ROX'D?
